ANIMAL AND FEED
Everyone who keeps animals carries
the responsibility to give the animal a good life. One
of the premises for this is that the animal is fed
according to its nature and that it is offered a fodder
that enables it to maintain a vital digestive system. A
healthy environment, with optimal living conditions for
the animals, is promoted by a comprehensive and balanced
micro flora. This applies to the inner environment,
especially the digestive flora, as well as for the
animals surroundings.
The healthy environment needs to be
maintained and to sustain the environment it is
important continuously to add well defined, living
microorganisms to stabilise the processes of the
essential biological decomposition and growth processes.
Such a micro flora hampers the development of pathogen
bacteria and brings about an improved resistibility.
Lactic acid bacteria are a crucial part of a well
functioning intestinal flora but they also contribute in
improving the surroundings. The production of lactic
acid gives a low pH and the acidic environment prevents
the rotting of organic substances and harmful gasses,
like ammonia and other volatile nitrogen compounds,
which harm the lungs and reduce the vital oxygen
carrying ability of the blood.
